Elizabeth (“Beth”) Murugi Nderitu
Board Member and Treasurer, Justice Pamoja Kenya
Beth is an accomplished development leader with more than 15 years of experience strengthening systems and building partnerships across Africa. She has led regional programs with USAID Kenya and East Africa, TradeMark Africa, and TechnoServe—directing multimillion-dollar initiatives that connected governments, regional bodies, and communities to promote growth and resilience.
At Justice Pamoja, Beth brings this systems-strengthening expertise into the justice sector. She is passionate about empowering communities, building trust between institutions and citizens, and ensuring that the most vulnerable can access fair and dependable justice. Her experience working at the intersection of government policy, donor priorities, and community needs equips her to help Justice Pamoja bridge gaps and create sustainable change.
Beth holds an MBA in International Business from American University (Washington, D.C.) and a BSc in Agricultural Education and Extension from Egerton University (Kenya).
