Emily Mumbi Muriguh, is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya , a Certified Mediator and a Professional Legal Auditor. She is the Managing Partner at Desire Njamwea Legal Associates and recently appointed CEO of Democracy and Legal Aid Center (DLAC).  

As CEO of DLAC, Emily promotes the rule of law by advocating for the protection of human rights and advancing democracy through provision of accessible Legal Aid and Education. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of law , a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Moi University ,Masters in Business Administration – Corporate Management and currently pursuing Masters in Law (LLM)  Corporate and International Tax Law
