Nancy Njoki is a Kenyan development leader with extensive experience in youth empowerment, communications, and social impact initiatives. She currently serves as Country Director for Girl Effect Kenya, where she leads programs that equip adolescent girls and young women with the information, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive.

Over the course of her career, Nancy has worked at the intersection of media, community engagement, and development strategy, helping organizations design programs that reach large audiences while remaining grounded in the needs of local communities. She brings deep insight into how storytelling, digital engagement, and partnerships can drive meaningful social change.

Nancy holds a degree from Daystar University and is based in Nairobi. She joins Justice Pamoja with a commitment to strengthening access to justice and supporting community-driven solutions to gender-based violence.
