Weldon Patterson serves as the volunteer Director of Technology for Justice Pamoja, where he leads the organization’s technical strategy and data systems in support of expanded access to justice. In this role, he designs and maintains secure, scalable infrastructure to support case tracking, impact measurement, and evidence-based decision-making.

Professionally, Weldon works as a Data Scientist & Analytics Specialist at International Justice Mission (IJM). There, he applies advanced analytics, data modeling, and systems thinking to strengthen justice system interventions and support data-driven strategy across complex, multi-country programs.

With expertise in data engineering, analytics pipelines, and applied research, Weldon brings both technical rigor and mission alignment to his work. He is particularly passionate about leveraging technology as a force multiplier—translating complex data into actionable insights that help organizations better serve vulnerable communities.
